They built a new double garage. And, also a new bannister in the interior of the house. Ahmed, the owner is amazingly knowledgeable and creative in his ideas. The construction is excellent. The guys who work for/with him are superb workers. My jaw dropped while watching them paint the bannister railings without a drop cloth. I would hire the guys to paint and build whenever I had a job. Another quite nice part of the team is they are willing to do a few things that were not part of the contract e.g., some small interior paint jobs. You have to be very careful to not take advantage of their good will. In other words they go above and beyond the call of duty.
Ahmed's creativity became evident when he managed to move half of the carport roof to the finished structure so that it wouldn't go to waste. He is definitely a green builder. He also is recognized for his work as a green builder. Our neighborhood friends were out in force to watch the amazing feat of moving half the roof on homemade lumber and rollers. I doubt it has ever been done like that before.
I know I am leaving something out, my head is full of the great job they did for us.

I have been using Home Perfection Contracting for several years for all my remodeling needs. The contractor was prompt, extremely professional and very courteous to deal with. He, and all the subcontractors he used were superb. He helped us make decisions about the door, windows, lights, and color and was very patient when we changed our minds about things. He oversaw all the work being done and really expected perfection which is what we got! He took care of a few unrelated issues we had with our house and didn't charge any extra.
It has been such a pleasure working with him that I actually wish we had something more for him to do! I would definitely use him again. In fact two of our neighbors had him do bigger jobs and were just as thrilled with his work.
